The Band
i own nothing!
set before anything on corrie happens and sophie ryan and ches are all best of friends.
"hey soph did you check out the ad ive done?" ryan questioned sophie. Her ryan and ches had their own band and were looking to recruit a new member after sophies ex ben, left after they split up. "yeh its wicked! ill take one to work with me, see if sunita will left me put it in the window", "sure, im taking a few to collage and ches has taken some to hand out on his stall" "awesome! anyway i better get going ive got work!" sophie gave ryan a hug and went of to work.
later that week
"thanks alot well let you know when we decide" sophie said holding back her laughter. Once the door shut her ryan and ches doubled over with laughter. "what a weirdo!" ryan managed to say, "god i know, but seriously.." ches started to calm down "what are we gonna do he was like the 10th one to audition today, and thay were all just as bad!". "we'll find someone ches, anyways we've still got one more" sophie said reasuringly "they better be worth it!" ryan said. the door bell rang, "urghh you go get it miss hopeful i don't think i can face another today" ches moaned. sophie opened the door to a nervous looking blonde haired girl. wow! shes fitt! sophie thought to her self whilst starring at the beautifal girl infront of her. what are you thinking soph shes a girl and anyway what happened the last time you dated a member of the band! sophie was brought out of her thoughts when the girl spoke, "hey, im sian. nice to meet you" she smiled sweetly and held her hand out to shake sophies. god and shes got a smile to die for, soph your doing it again! sophie thought in her head whilst taking the offer to shake her hand. sians touch sent shivers through sophies body and all she could manage to say was "hey".
"sophie whos the fitty?" ryan asked as he checked sian out, "erm this is sian" her and sian had remained eye contact until ryan had come and sophie was angry that he had interrupted her. "well come in sian and we'll her you play a bit" they all went into the spare room in ryan and his mum's flat which they had turned into their studio. "well im ryan and im on guitar" "im chesney and im the drummer" they all turned to sophie waiting for her to speak but she was already daydreaming about sian, shed let her join the band even if she was crap just so she could look at her all day. ryan nuged sophie "soph?" "huh what, oh yeh, im sophie and i err sing" "god whats happened to you soph? shes never normallly like this sian we normally have to fight to be heard over her waffling" chesny laughed at his own words "tired that's all it been a long day". sian played them a piece she had prepared on the bass and answered the questions they asked about her musical interests and inspirations. "well thats about us done sian" ryan finished "you've got my vote" ches smiled "mine too" ryan added "soph?" "yeh me as well" "well thats sorted, welcome aboard sian its a pleasure to have you! lets get in a pizza to celebrate!" ryan said "ahhh thanks so much, yeh a pizza sounds great"
they all spent the night laughing and joking, getting to know sian. it was getting late and sophie decided to call it a night, "right im off im shattered!" "were do you live?" sian questened her "coronation street" "ill come with you i have to go that way to my dads"sophie and sian said their goodbyes to the boys and walked off in the direction of sophies. when they reached her house sophie started saying goodbye when sian caught her lips with her own "nite babe" and with that siann walked off leaving a very shocked sophie.
