It's so easy for Schroeder to say he'll donate 0.7% when his party's about to lose power: he'll just blame it on the new girl when those targets aren't met, and they won't be, because all the European countries are running deficits and in the end people care way more about their own benefits than Africans', Pink Floyd reunion or not. Not that Bush is really on the right track either, but concerts like this just make people feel good about issues without doing anything about them. It's almost more harm than good.
