My name's Sophie and I am an addict...

I am giving up caffeine. My day revolves around tea and coffee like some kind of crazed drug user. It has to stop.

Day One

8.30 Lemon and ginger for breakfast. Bad idea.

9.15 Get to work - peppermint. Lovely, soothing... But not caffeine.

Have you seen anywhere that sells Numi teas? They are fantastic, I believe they do a range of tea that is also caffeiene free, as is the green tea I have from then, I think its Holy Temle or somesuch. Hmmm must rescue my teas from the old house I do miss them. I know M&S does a yummy chammomile and feverfew one and another I think was fennel and something?

No I haven't. I'm sure somewhere in Brighton will sell them though - it's a very hippie/foodie/heath-conscious sort of place. I bought some green tea from Somerfield the other day and it was vile! Mental note - spend more money on green tea. Not keen on fennel though.
