I'd recommend redbush tea if you want a bit of a boost - I drank it for years and found it had the same energy effects of caffeine but is a lot healthier. Tastes slightly different from normal tea though (but you can put milk and sugar in it); PG Tips does a good "normal" decaff tea, and Twinnings has a gorgeous decaffinated Earl Gray (but it costs more than the normal Earl Gray unfortunately).
I've never been sure about rooibos! I prefer Yerba Mate as a tea-like substance with similar effects. Has a nice fresh, grassy taste. Earl Grey is the work of the devil.
