Ok. So I have an offer...to be Assistant Corporation Counsel for New York City. Ummm...wow. I have to finish this motion for summary judgment for class tonight. but I have to write more about this later. for now...wow.

Case dismissed! I rock.

Ok. Im sitting in my office. I have a trial at 9 am. A real trial. Like if I lose, a family will be evicted right before the holidays. No pressure. I have a good case...A really good case. I was supposed to go snorkling for lobster mini season, but the boat that the lawyers in my office go on every year decided not to go this year.
