"So guys, here's the lesson: don't have feelings for anyone. Anyone."

...is Jay's lesson to all of his fans when he was crying during one song he was singing because it was about his ex. And he was so genuine and funny and amazing. He sounded exactly like he does on record and I could not believe my ears. It was unreal.

Sounds fun. Glad you had a blast.

...Those lyrics kinda made my eyes bug a bit at first.

And awww, the cute in that last photo, it's overwhelming.

It was so much fun, although I have a few bones to pick with my friend later on. What a horrible person I am. She was such a Debbie Downer and there were some bitchy gays in line behind me ... I asked one of them if they were going to wear their glasses while taking the pic (I'm new to my glasses and unfamiliar about whether the flash would ruin the picture because it would block out my eyes, etc.) and he replies: "Why do you want to wear my glasses? That's so weird." Anyways, at least his friend knew what I meant to ask.

Aww thanks <3. I medium-sized it. If it were the original, GREASINESS on my forehead. But Jay's beauty just shines through <3.

Also, I dunno why but this really amuses me:

Another song that he sang was "Relax Your Neck", a homage to his two superpowers: to make someone have an orgasm at will, and his talent -- giving head.

Here's the song, except it's Margaret Cho singing it while Jay's playing the guitar:

Thanks hun <3. It was actually the first ever show I've been to since I just recently turned 19. I wish I had a beer or something, but I had to drive home after. Have you ever been to El Mocambo? It's so awesome in there.

And thanks! How I wish I had him, but there were like 100 other bois that were sooo much more beautiful that would have snagged him anyday!

You have your license?! Well I'm jealous, I'm still taking lessons hah. El Mocambo is one of the only venues I haven't been to actually, I don't know how it's escaped me. I'm sort of addicted to concerts, lol.

Ah well, such is usually the case (especially at shows). One can always hope though!

I guess the grass is always greener on the other side. Driving is such a hassle and it's so expensive (insurance + gas), and there are more and more cars on the road everyday. I wish I could take the subway everywhere or just walk. I love walking (especially by OCAD! I walked past there the other day and was wishing that, miraculously, perhaps you'd be getting off at St. Patrick's as well!) I have to drive to school everyday and it's an hour combined to and from.

I think I'm addicted to concerts now too! I'm hoping Jason Mraz is coming to Toronto sometime soon...or A Fine Frenzy, or The Subways...

Aww, not 19 yet?! Will you be soon? I missed Jay's first show in January because I just turned legal in the summer. I also missed MGMT in May and now everyone knows them and the venues they'll play in will be larger. fuq.

I just googled Santogold. She any good?

19-4 = 15. Hmm. So I guess you're in 2nd year high school? Nah, that's not too young, I still remember those days and I really don't think I've changed that much since then.

Do you at least look old for your age? When I went to El Mocambo last night, they didn't even check for ID, I think they just assumed me and all the other gaybois just looked younger for our age or something.

So I'm still twelve and when I read "Felix, Thanks for coming" I giggled. ;D

You are adorable in that photo, I'm glad you had such a great time. And those lyrics are amazing.

<3 thx.

And I'm sure you love Margaret Cho -- he actually wrote the song with her <3. I wish he would release an mp3 of it...I was so enamoured when he sang it, I forgot to record it on my camera!

This song is so wonderfully filthy. I love it. Also, here you are my dear. To tide you over.

OMG, THX BB!!!! <3.

It's so filthy but only Jay and Margaret's dorkiness could make it seem not downright sleazy <3.
