That's kind of sad, about no show at all:(

But I like how you ended the piece.

One of my face songs is the "Sleep my child and peace attend thee..all through the night." It's just lovely.

It is sad. I keep thinking things like "I'll cheer up when I sing Christmas music tonight in choir." Then I remember that there will be no Christmas music in choir. We just started it... This is insane...

I know... It is a gorgious song. When I sang it, it was in a very very low key, and I had to make myself love it.

I don't know about Christmas in Sept. but I know I'm revved up for it now! Nice entry, very invigorating.

Oh September is nothing. I didn't include this in my entry, but one year we started Christmas music at the beginning of August because we made a cd that came out just in time for Christmas. Now that's no time for Christmas music. Lol Thank you for reading.

A church without a Christmas show sounds so sad!

It is very sad. We all agreed to it due to the chaos we're going through, but it's hard. We just hired a new fine arts pastor, and he doesn't even officially start until December. Bad timing... But I'm trying to use the time I would have spent preparing for it in other ways. It's hard to get the motivation though. The show used to motivate me to do my work. :) Thank you for commenting.

Ugh, the joy of tech rehearsal.... oh, yes, I am well aware of this doomful production before the actual production. Nightmare disaster.

It is so sad that there will not be a Christmas show this year. I absolutely loved coming.

There's a saying that if the tech rehearsal isn't a disaster, it's bad luck. I don't know about that, but pretty much every tech rehearsal is an aweful production.

I know. I love being in them and performing. Everyone is sad about it this year.

It sounds like a whole lot of fun! It's awesome that you come back to it every year.

It is a lot of fun. We have the nicest, most supportive people in the choir. Thank you for reading.
