I meant to post this AGES ago, but as it's almost the end of NaNo, and I didn't get to participate this year, I figured I'd close out the month with this.

Glad you enjoyed! I wish it could have been introduced to more people--I was so surprised when I found it. Its hard to explain to others how enriching it is to get to use characters, to create new life for them--its just as fulfilling as writing something original!

All of it? Fanfiction is often maligned by "real" authors and I love to see an article like this calling them on their bs.

Besides, some of the greatest pieces are in fact fanfic! Dante's Divine Comedy, anyone? (Bible fanfiction!)
