Yes, so that's really annoying, but the series ended with him having about 5 months to live, so no tragic death scenes onscreen. Instead, we're left with the knowledge that he'll be spending the rest of his time with House, and vice-versa. I don't want to think past that.
I watched it, thought it was pretty good. Not sure how he managed switching the records after the fire, and if he did it before then he kind of murdered the guy. (Not that I mind)
It was just the effed-up kind of thing he would do, and about time he stepped up for Wilson.
