I have no idea how to get back to my house. This is completely normal, right? It's not like I've turned into anybody or anything... Don't think anybody else did, either.

[Selphie's out on the prowl in the woods, searching for any signs of Ceodore and lost in thought to boot. Her nunchaku are at the ready in case any of those lovely talking monsters decide that today's a good day to try and eat her but she... isn't really paying attention. She's just staring idly at the growing canopy above her and thus in Selphie tradition, she trips over the sleeping Sora ass-over-biscuits style.]

WHOOOOOOA! [Eventually, she'll look over at Sora with a look of annoyance before standing up and dusting herself off.]

You do know that's a bad place to take a nap, right?

[... Sora recognizes that voice. but he's still too disoriented from that nap and whatever it is the Malnosso drugged him with before dumping him out here, so he just sort of lifts his eyes to watch her straighten herself.]

Wait... Selphie?

[Selphie crouches down next to him with a puzzled look on her face.]

Well, yeah-- we grew up on the islands, remember? You smacked me in the face with your jump rope? [several times?]

[Naoto is indeed wondering around the forest this evening, she seems to do that a lot oddly enough. No real reason as to why, probably just wanting to think in silence.

But as she walks she accidentally stubs her foot on something, not tripping though. Looking down there's a boy....why is it every time she goes into the forest, she comes across someone just sitting or laying there?]

...I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going.

[that's quite all right, Naoto, Sora hardly even noticed. in his defense, he's always been kind of a hard sleeper- he does kind of flinch at the sound of her voice though. nooo, five more minutes...]

[Wow he is a pretty hard sleeper. She kneels down and kinda pats his cheek to make sure he's really okay. Hopefully he wasn't kidnapped and injured in some way...so she speaks a bit louder to see if he reacts]

[kidnapped and experimented on, certainly- that's why, when Naoto pats his cheek, there's a low sound of static, and his face very briefly distorts like white noise. but his eyes pop open, and he stares up at Naoto, flat on his back.]

Wha-- I'm just taking a short nap, I swear! [... well, at least Sora's still more or less himself.]

[Sora will laugh then, although it's an awkward and embarrassed kind of laugh.]

Once I figure out what direction to head in. [for all he can tell, digging into the ground to get back to his house makes complete sense.]

Think m'okay though. Roxas told me they kidnap people sometimes, right?

Uh... [-- wait, Sanji said no trees.]

I can't really tell. I think I see lights to the right, though. Might be the village.

[Have Pluto--I mean a blue dog stumble across you in the woods. Repede often wanders through these forest, especially during new feather periods to seek out lost ones and today he was surprised to find a boy laying in the forest. Fiddling with his pipe in his mouth, he slowly approaching the dozing kid. His nose might be just a tad ticklish as he gets a scent of Sora]

[that gets a small twitch from him, but Sora seems much more interested in continuing his nap for the moment. however, sniff too close and Repede might catch something other than a scent: he may hear what sounds like a low, electric hum coming from the kid's body. the Malnosso, in their pursuit of whatever it is the Malnosso pursue, have turned him into living computer data.]

[...Repede slowly tilts his head. His ears twitch as he hears that low humming sound. Humans normally don't sound like that do they? He circles around to Sora's other side. Should he wake him up? See if he's okay?]

[that bark starts him awake- Sora suddenly sits straight up... wobbles a little... then catches himself by planting his hands firmly on the ground. when did he doze off again?]

... [dog. Sora's reluctant to try a wave, so he just smiles at Repede instead.] Hey-- thanks for the alarm.
