[As all of this is happening, Naoto stands about ten or so feet away, just watching Vanitas' pathetic display. The Unversed were the first thing to catch her eye, and she was actually expecting a pissed off at the world Vanitas or something. She even summoned Yamato just in case! But... it doesn't look like there wasn't much need. She'll keep him out just in case though.

When he gets to his feet, Naoto puts a hand on her hip and sighs] This is quite a pathetic display for you, Vanitas. I never thought I'd see you like this.

[soracles]

... What did you just call me?

[he's staring in the general direction of her voice, having pushed himself up to a sitting position. one by one, the Unversed dart to his front and around the both of them. it's as if they're trying to scope Naoto out.]

Must I repeat myself? You should know your own name.

[Yamato begins to poke at the Unversed that come near them with it's sword, not enough to actually harm them, just like giving them a little nudge to scoot them away from Naoto.]

But that's not my name!

[has he... somehow wound up turning into Vanitas? it would explain why he can't see-- by now, panic is really starting to settle in, and more Unversed are cropping up by the second. he has no control over them.]

[ What do we do? Well, Repliku at least isn't going to throw you out. Not that he's going to be nice or anything, but Ven at least considers Vanitas a friend or... something. So. The friend of my friend will be tolerated. ]

[... please forgive him, he can't see, nor does he have any sense of bearings. he could be all the way on the other side of town, as far as he could tell-- all he knows is that he hears a familiar voice.]

[Unversed? In his Luceti? He thinks not! He'll just be basically darting across the plaza to where Vanitas and the Unversed are, Keyblades already drawn and ready to attack the little monsters.]

Hey! What do you think you're doing?

[Of course just as he's approaching he notices Vanitas faceplant into the ground. ...what even.]

[shut up Roxas he's totally graceful, pushing himself up by his palms and running the back of his hand across his forehead once he's back in a sitting position. totally graceful.]

Are you Roxas, or are you Ven? I can't...

Anyway, it's Roxas. What the heck are you doing anyway?

[...Vanitas, that's just sad. So sad Riku shakes his head and walks right up to him.]

Didn't think I'd see you out here. Aren't you under "house arrest"?

You really think that's gonna work, Vanitas?

What?? I'm not Vanitas!

[he is downright insulted, biffle.]

[Ven hurries over to the door, looking totally worried!]

Hey, you're back!

["Vanitas" just blinks, and goes through the motion of looking around his immediate area. it's no help, it's instinct.]
