RL or Fandom

Livejournal had always been about me or fandom.  Not me and fandom, me or fandom.  At one point I had separate journals, one for fandom and one for RL.  Then I killed my RL one and kept my fandom one, which is

I don't know, I mean I have more than one journal for posting different things but it all gets a bit of rl mixed in because there are people who only read the one journal and sometimes there's background I need to share or I just don't want to give a totally one-dimensional picture. I tend to use filters, not to keep people out of stuff (unless it's really personal) but so people can choose what they want to read. Even with people who I met through fandom I always find their rl stuff interesting. I suppose I'm just nosy like that.

Oh. Hm, I always thought I was the only one that liked to read about RL stuff... Well, sounds like I'll be considering the personal filter thing--my flist deserves to choose what they want to read. Thanks for your input :)

I do a lot of tags, but a flist really can't choose what they want from that--so I guess I'll be posting soon to ask whether people want to be in on a personal filter. Thanks! :)
