I've got some tonage to my arms now. Haha! Baby muscels!

Anyway.. Time to get re-re-re-serious about the whole healthy life styles crap. I'm gonna start eatting salads everynight, no more fast food, and its time to start drinking diet sodas again. And lots, and lots, and lots of gatoraid/water, because I'm very much dehydrated. Anyway.. Yeah. Woo.

Watch out for Gatorade. It has A LOT of sodium in it which will made you retain water, therefore making you bloated and weigh more.

There was a study recently that said diet sodas make your metabolism slow down, thus making you lose weight slower.

Also, salad dressings and cheese are diet killers, so be careful with those.

Measure around your waist and stuff along with checking the scale. The scale is a liar! Sometimes it will say you only lost 1 pound but it turns out you lost 3 inches around your waist. The scale is an asshole!

And don't forget cardio exercise! (it will keep your metabolism high and steady).

I've read a lot of fitness magazines, in case you are wondering where the hell all this came from.

Adding to what Shannon said, try to cut out soda completely, if you can or drink non caffine stuff, because caffine can dehydrate you. Water and juice it the best way to go. And drink it all really cold, it'll help speed up your matabolism. Not drastically, though.

While salad dressing is fatty, the fat helps your body absorbe the nutrients you need.

If you can't get your recommended fruits and veggies a day, take a multi vitamin.
