Steampunk Machine of Death

Every year we toddle off to West Wales for an annual themed banquet. This year's theme was Steampunk, and the invitation was to the wake for the late, lamented Professor Uttershite, inventor of strange machines.

So, I decided to use it as an excuse to make my own Steampunk Machine of Death

And it was accurate too. Shortly after finishing the fish and chips, Dr Ptarmagin-Pugh returned to his accomodation with his lovely clockwork companion, and mid further uh...testing...she broke down completely. Her card read "ghoti".

I hear he's working on a new, improved version now.

That was a very cool machine. I am predicted to die by wine, which is not unlikely. We all had great fun working out how the predictions might come true - for example, Ben was predicted to die by the moon. We worked out this meant that the party riverboat would go past M&B's house on the river as usual, but this time M would moon the partygoers and the captain would be so shocked he'd lose control of the boat, plough into the bank and kill Ben :D

And you all looked extremely fine, esp when some of the costume was discarded ;)
