Ok here we go again. Time to share my progress with everyone. This week I was kinda bad. I didn't exercise over the weekend. But, even missing those 2 days I saw results. Just imagine what it could have been had I done them everyday. Must try harder!

Thigh: -1/4"
Arm: -1/4"
