June update
I haven't posted much lately as I have been dealing with severe back pain. It has gotten to the point that heating pad and resting is not helping much; and I am trying to avoid taking the dreaded pain pills, unless necessory. Back hurts when standing, walking or bending over (as in picking something up or leaning over my embroidery projects). I

It was nice to see you at the rapier tourney/collegium, my friend had a good time meeting people and is getting active again during the short time she has left before moving. We will be at Investiture and the Viking Hawaiian event and we are looking forward to seeing all of you again.
You did very good with your braids, I kept peeking at yours and mine did not look the same-I was feeling hopeless until we got to the last one and I was able to figure out that style, even tried it successfully at home, so that was a relief!
I probably won't have anything new for investiture since I will be trying to make something for my friend, who likes to dress a bit more upscale than myself. Good luck with your cote, that is something on my list to make, maybe in blue linen.
