Lately I do take 2-3 naps a day (1-2 hrs each). Which makes me feel "lazy"; especilly when I usually only take a 1 hr nap when hubby is home (between 5 & 6 pm). When I am laying down, and awake, my mind fills with thing I need to get done, and I get anxious/restless.
Just recently I read a medical article which said, keep naps to 30 minutes to refresh or sleep at least 90 minutes to allow REM sleep and avoid post nap grogginess. This certainly matches up with past experience for me and I've bee planning my naps accordingly.
