First of all, I guess I'll talk about the house. Tim and I found a house in Tyrone, PA that we both liked. We're going to see the realtor tomorrow to place a bid on it. Hopefully all will go well and our bid (at some point) will get accepted.

the ex-realtor wants to know about living room, dining room, kitchen, number of floors, etc., and how that 1784 square feet is distributed. also, what "style" of house is it? (colonial, contemporary, Cape Cod, etc.)

Personally, I want to know what the hell a *quarter* bathroom is. I know half-baths, but I don't think I've ever seen a quarter bath. And if you have two quarter baths, does it count as a half-bath?

It's actually listed as 1 bathroom, but there's a single toilet in the basement (no walls around it). I'm counting that as a quarter. :)

All we'd have to do is put drywall up and we'd have a bathroom. But we figure that we could just put up privacy screens for now.
