Today was a better day. I worked 11 hours, but it really wasn't that bad. I was busy the whole time and I didn't see my supervisors much. On the whole, quite a tolerable day.

I went home early from work last night. On top of that, I'm off today. Why? Because the AC broke at work and I was working in 85 degree heat all day yesterday. Our servers are supposed to be down today until 1600. I told my supervisor that I'd be in Friday to make up the time. Today's the day that I get demoted at work. This is not speculation, this is fact. I went into work on Friday for an hour to finish up an assignment and encountered one of my supervisors. She was kind enough to tell me up front that they would be announcing it today.

It's been a long month. It will continue to be a long month. I got home at 1930 last night after having gone to work at 0730. This is not an insolated incident.
