Trey is a horrible human being.

I'm moving in 15 hours.

But I'm sitting on my ass, boxes half-packed, furniture still brimming over with junk yet-to-go-in-boxes... and here I sit,  diddling over the wording in useless Conscience sex scenes which may or may not ever see the light of day.

In short, Trey is a horrible human being, who sucks at life.

Also, is it awful that I want to ( Read more... )

I feel your pain on the move, us I help my mother move a week or so ago and it sucked big time. It went easy as everything were in boxes so it was load and unload and we were done. However, no matter how its done its always hard. So good luck on your move.

Hey don't despair hon, you will get a story nominated. You'll see!

Can only completed fics go in for nomination? 'Cause I feel like even unfinished you've got an award winning piece of work in Conscience.

And, procrastination doesn't make you a bad person. Naughty, yes. Bad...not so much.

HP Fanfic Poll is open to WIP's. It's past the nomination date, and on top of that, I expect I'll be finished by the spring round, anyway.

Hey! Just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you. I hope your move went well! Don't sweat the procrastination too much. It's part of the creative mind, I'm convinced. That "Ooh shiny!" distractability and stubborn one track mindedness once you get going on an idea...all part and parcel. Sure makes it hard to keep a partner from going crazy, I am learning. My husband is sitting next to me, quietly fuming that I didn't order a turkey today, nor did I wash the wet towels that were on the bathroom floor, because I spent most of my "day off" reading fanfic and even writing a bit. It was what I needed. The towels and the turkey will get done, my sanity comes first. It's taken me awhile to really own that, and maybe it's a bit of an asshole thing to think, but it's where I am atm, at least.

Austria was amazing! I completely fell in love with Munich. I was ready to pack up and move when I got home. *sigh*
