I'm not sure what kind of sound it was that I made when I read this... something between a hiss and a sigh... but it was a omg-happy-for-fic-sad-for-Doumeki-I-can't-believe-that-just-happened-wtf-mate-nooooooooooooooooooooo sound.

This was nicely written, and I love the last bit, which kind of just cinches the whole thing together into one angsty ficlet.

Himawari was a nice addition, but oh, poor Doumeki.
