Health Kick

A lot of people I know, well, at least a lot of girls are really working out a lot. April, Joanna, Sue-Na, Erica (my roommate), Jade, and in a way it is inspiring me to try to work out more myself. Yay, I'm paying LJ a visit again!
I remember how hard it was to eat healthily while having to rely on Dining Commons food...this is how my eating disorder started in the first place. At least you seem to be making good choices though...exercising helps too (although I'm way too lazy for that).
Weight loss is a bitch, but I know you can do it :).

I have vowed to lose weight this summer. I think I will. I always lose about 10 pounds when staying about a month and a half in India. Our family walks a lot in India and I eat one meal a day, even if I don't fast, but because it is so HOT over there, I just want to drink water, which quenches the hunger, I guess.

^^ I've vowed to attempt getting abs this summer. It would be easier to put on that obi if I do. Hee hee!

Haha, well having a tummy makes it easier for the Obi no not slip off, because it isn't concave.
