Have you ever seen anything in the woods while we were hiking that looking like it didn't belong to any family of plants or animals that you're familiar with? That may have been 'mushi'.

I'm pretty sure I remember all of the week I was younger, but the gaps about you are pretty worrying. I don't really like losing my memory to begin with, and I can't say I'm too happy about this place taking more of them.

To be honest, I can't tell if this is the island's fault, or something else entirely, or both. A few months ago, I recalled a conversation with someone years ago; I told them that I had no memories before the age of ten.
