Because I have no desire to be Dooced, I'm keeping this intentionally vague. Something happened at work today. I wish it didn't happen. And now what started as a pretty quiet day is ending on a big down note

I know but frankly I feel a lot better knowing there's no chance of a public record at all. All I really wanted to say was that yesterday went downhill really fast, in an unexpected way. I can email the details when I'm not at work.

I'm not saying that you should lock the post and then give us more detail; I too don't like to create public records of certain things. But if you're uncomfortable with even this post being public, you have the option to lock it. That's all I'm saying.

No, I'm comfortable with the vague public post. I'm sure people are wondering why I bothered, but like I said it was a bad day, and I needed to vent, even if it was just an obscure comment.
