Top 5

I think I'll break the trend of top 10 lists by proposing that 2007 was, by in large, a shitty year for music and that it only deserves a top 5, which looks something like this:
1. The Weakerthans Reunion Tour
2. The New Trust Dark is the Path Which Lies Before Us
3. Bright Eyes Cassadaga
4. Anais Mitchell The Brightness
5. Zookeeper Becoming

whaaaa? 2007 had so many amazing releases. i was considering making a top 25...

Hah, It really suprised me that every album in your top 10 I either dislike or don't listen to. I feel like I can relate a lot to Kevin, who wrote that he only listens to the same 5 bands over an extended period of time, and not current bands really for that matter.
If you look at my last fm, I think 90% of the bands are no longer together. Make me a mix though with some of that stuff on it, maybe I'll come around.
