[movie]The Man Who Loved Yngve

The best coming of age film with the most bittersweet ending I've ever seen.

Jarle is a teenage boy who confuses with his own desires. Seeing things only from his view. I though that's why he missed the clue of Yngve's illness.  But that is the way teenagers normally are. That's why young people make mistake and miss the most important thing. But  they'll become mature and look back and then realize 'the clue was right there!! I should have known!!'

Character with mental illness make this story more delicate. Yngve is beautiful and fragile.  Personally, I'm interested in mental illnesses.  No wonder I fall in love with this film.  ^^  I didn't read the novel. Wish I could find an English translated one.

I like the confession moment.  Those poor boys love each other but not know what to do with their feeling.

Song from the movie. Don't know its meaning but I like it anyway.
