Rich moved ahead with another step in the "Soon to be a Mountie" process. He completed his physical obstacle course with 45 seconds to spare. Pretty impressive, considering he was the biggest guy there.

Driving around today, I found myself playing with the heavily worn, hand woven hemp bracelet that I wrapped around my steering wheel nearly three years ago.
