Is A Pillow Better Then A Loved One?

So, a bit over a year ago now I grabbed up my "Random Notebook of Doom" and wrote this tidbit of stuff out of personal frustrations. I've been mulling over when to post it and even if I should, but here it is

That's rather clever. If pillows could love us, why would we need friends.

We would need friends, because it is also in human nature to need to socialize.

I think what I meant was, "pillows can't love us, that's why we need friends (and lovers))" Unless you think pillows can love us.

I think the only way a pillow could love someone, is if you've nicknamed your other half "pillow."
