That happened in Fresno in like May, my mom told me. It was this freak flash storm and it rained and rained and rained. People were out driving and the street was flooded the exact same way in front of my parent's house. The kids in a house on the corner, across the street from my parents house took out one of those floaties you lay on in the pool and were on it.

God damn.. I missed something like that too. Joel and I were hugely disappointed cause we have no water in the air here lol And our monsoon season it hella late.
