So, I'm really considering transferring schools. Rockhurst really isn't feeling right for me anymore. I tried to make it work, I did. I went out and partied all the time to try and meet and get in with people, and I met some really cool people, but it still doesn't feel right to me. And the classes! Yes, I realize I'm only taking 14 hours, and YES

Well, depends. You may want to hold on for a semester and toss yourself into some upper level classes (assuming they don't have prerequisites, but then, a lot of them won't.) If they hold your attention, then great. If not, yeah, maybe consider transferring- if it's not worth the money, it's not worth the money.

At the same time- and keep in mind, I'm a big dork, and I'm not a partier, so your mileage may vary- if you want to make some friends, join a club or something. Parties are okay, but I made most of my good friends from being in organizations. For one, you're meeting them in a place where there isn't constant thumping bass in the background, which makes conversation easier, and there's less of a chance of them being a drunken asshole.

dont feel that way anna. you are brilliant number one. and i know that i can't make you feel that way, but just because you have known me for so long, you had better listen. lol. i think that if rockhurst isn't right for you, you shouldn't waste your time or your daddy's money. go to umsl or where ever and work and save. and then when it comes time for grad school, you can go to australia (lol). you don't hafta grow up right outa high school, and don't feel that just cuz you go back to stl you aren't growing up because you are. i believe in you!
