i'm sorry you're dealing with so much isolation...when i first moved to austin, i encountered a similar problem. try to breathe....military life is at best frustrating.

weeeel...bars are still off-limits for me(less than 6 months to go, though!) and i don't like shopping by myself...

You know what sucks though? Once you turn 21, you don't care too much about drinking because it's not "cool" that you're drinking legally LoL.

And shopping by yourself is great because you don't spend as much heh heh.

Yeah... he's headed for the Middle East :/
