Um...well, I didn't live there for very long, but there was a town I took refuge in, where it rained all the time. As in, non-stop.

Yes, only that town. It...wasn't a nice place, but the rain didn't have that much to do with that. The town was full of thieves and had no laws, so...I was glad to leave.

It rained almost every day of the year, except in snow season. On the good days, it was just cloudy.
