I think you have more lion in you than you think. Not all Gryffindors are rash and bold. Your definition of courage is very Gryffindor and the overall tone of you application really makes me see quite a bit of Gryffindor in you.

The only vibe that was stronger to me reading this application was Hufflepuff. There is a huge emphasis on loyalty and justice. You describe yourself as lazy, but it's the one trait you would give up if you could. The other houses are there to, albeit to a lesser extent, but I really think Hufflepuff is the best place for you.

Thank you for voting. Am I correct to say that I would be more of a Neville Gryffindor than a Harry Gryffindor? If it's not too much trouble, could I ask what your second choice would have been?

Since I cannot edit my comment... I just realized how off the above question sounded. Please excuse me for that. What I meant to ask was what house hybrid you could see me as. If I interpret Ledbylove's comment above correctly, they are saying something like "You sound like a Hufflepuff with Gryffindor tendencies to me". I was wondering if you could give me such hybrid information as well.

I didn't mean to imply that I disagree with your vote, though reading my comment again it kind of sounds like that. On the contrary, I'm flattered to have received a Gryffindor vote.

Your emphasis on a sense of BELONGING at the beginning put a house in my mind. Then, the Hufflepuff vibe was confirmed between what you admire in a friend, your positive traits (you're lazy but view it as a negative which fits in with valuing hard work - to the point that you view that LAZINESS is the one thing holding you back), and your explanation of Helga's cup!

I have never thought of the Hufflepuff trait "hard work" that way before. That I value hard work by listing laziness as one of my vices. You are right, though. I suppose I do value hard work. I guess my mum has rubbed that off on me after all. XD Thank you for your vote and bit of insight! If you don't mind, would you care to tell me what you think my house hybrid would be?
