02. How did you find out about Hogwarts Hallows? Word of mouth; one of my bffs heard about it a few months ago now, and recently applied.  We're probably going to be in the same batch.

I have to say I love that gif. SO PRESH!

You, my dear, are a Ravenclaw. You dislike people who act on feelings rather than logic. You, yourself, are very logical and analytical. You have a love of learning. Your +/- positively scream eagle. Your house traits also really cinched the Ravenclaw vibe for me, but I really felt it throughout the application.

Ravenclaw for you!

You've got lots of eagle in you, but your fluidity, adaptability, and casual confidence all tell me you belong in the dungeons. Slytherin.

Hmmr, would you mind elaborating a little more? While I do value intelligence, I think everyone values it, so I'm intrigued as to why this so strongly places me in the 'Claw camp, and what you mean by it often putting me on the same side as Slytherins? You mentioned usage, which I think is a very strong point since I see sorting as an amalgamation of both the 'what' and the 'why' [as opposed to one or the other], and since my main 'why' is to be successful/ in positions of power over others, I'm curious about your vote. It was a little confusing, I'm not sure if you were saying you can see both, or that you see mostly 'Claw with a superficial Slytherin-ness, or something else.

Thanks for replying! :>

I was all prepared to think Gryffindor from your valuing bluntness... but then I didn't see more of that elsewhere in the application. Then, your positive traits contain Slytherin buzzwords (adaptable, manipulative) but I don't really feel them in you as much as your first positive, thinking. That, and when I see things like
I think the 'Claw trait I can most easily see reflected in myself is learning for the sake of learning. explaining how much you act on this desire... I feel that Ravenclaw is definitely the best fit for you.

Ahh, while I do learn for the sake of learning and find this an acceptable goal overall, I feel I didn't word myself accurately in that response. To rephrase, it's definitely one of the key 'Claw traits I see in myself, but 'key Ravenclaw trait I see in my self' is the main factor here. I only had several canon traits to pick from, and wanted to pay similar amounts of attention to analysing the traits of all four houses in myself. Further, I want to stress that I believe everyone in some way learns to learn. It's very much a semantic thing, in my eyes ( ... )
