WHAT: Thijs is going on a walk in the afternoon, and taking along a few stragglers.
STATUS: Ongoing
Ever since the weather had let up, Thijs had been eager to resume his daily walks around the grounds. Not only did he like checking the large amounts of vegetation, the garden, the Whomping Willow and even parts of the forest, it was a time for him to relax and also get a little exercise. He usually took a book, his pipe . . . and a few tag-alongs.
Yes, the rabbits came with him on the walk. Not the little ones, yet; they were still babies, but his larger orange rabbits, Aardappel and Pompoen, loved to get out. They weren't always the brightest bunnies though -- or perhaps, perhaps they were too independent, like their owner -- and they tended to wander wherever they wanted. Thijs' solution to this was a lead; in face the rabbits had been trained since they were little to use a lead, and they didn't even mind wearing the small harness jackets that came with it.
It could be a little slow, walking with bunnies, but the rabbits certainly didn't mind being out of doors, and neither did Thijs.
