Matthew knocked on the door that lead to Francis' office. He was excited to catch up with his cousin in a setting where that wasn't a bar. It was only a minor inconvenience that everyone was singing at the time. If it was anyone beside Francis, he would have rescheduled, but they had been in far more embarrassing situations than just singing everything they say.
