Since I'm stuck here indefinitely, and since the mystery of this island doesn't appear to be solving at all, and despite not asking for it, I've ended up entangled less in island politics and more in island...well, relationships are merely a different kind of politics, I suppose.
For posterity, I swear that none of this was my fault.
Snogged:
Rob Chase (male) Keep wanting to call him Robert which would probably piss him off right good. We're friends, capital F, which certainly makes things interesting.
Regulus Black (male) Fictional. Huh. Rowling never intended this, I'm certain. Attached, but apparently that doesn't matter.
Nightshade/Shadow (female) Former elf, over 500 years old. I think she likes me because I understand the Not Human Thing and don't ask questions. Snogs well, but is attached.

Rob Chase. This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Rawr. v.good.
Fancied:
Hope (female) She is quite attached as well, possibly to a robot? Implied that neither of her boyfriends Gets It, and apparently I do. Why am I the understanding one AGAIN? Am not certain why this is always the case. because it is.
Very Much Not Snogged:
Ace (female) Probably kick me. Or blow me up. REMEMBER RULE ABOUT NOT SNOGGING COMPANIONS. THE ONE BROKEN ABOUT TWENTY TIMES.
Obviously, there's a certain subscription to the idea of polyamoury here that I wouldn't usually attach to humans of the era most of them stem from (bad grammar). Maybe necessity is the mother of invention...and maybe I need to stop spouting clichés...
