The Doctor probably knows you, already...

I feel like the Doctor and Martha have to have had more interaction than we've played out, especially since the Master's death. She's definitely warming up to him, and has just about fully accepted that just because he's not "her" Doctor, he's still the same guy, and it's okay. So, I expect they probably banter over meals and such fairly often. I don't think she's to the point where she's randomly seeking him out, but she still likes him for all the reasons she liked him to begin with.

I was thinking something to that effect too, really, that they periodically run into each other, and talk, nothing heavy. Probably bicker lightly, if cautiously avoiding certain topics.

If Jack doesn't see him every day, then at least every couple of days. He'd willingly babysit Nate Tuesdays or Thursdays and still works on the TARDIS once or twice a week. I'd like to assume they have a lot of narmality (for them) which helps them know when the other one is totally bullshitting.

Jack worries about him a lot, more than he'd ever really let on.

I'd totally have to agree. The Doctor likes babysitting, babysitting is good and he...wonders why Jack is worried about him.

The Doctor is one of the few people Del respects despite whatever she says to him. She still thinks of him like one of her siblings (she'll never tell him which one he reminds her of though.) Lately she has taken to playing the "OMG MY WATERS JUST BROKE" game whenever she is feeling mischievious. She will have done this with the Doctor because she'd like to see if she could make him flap.

He out of everyone would probably have definitely noticed her changing to a more centered Del (though even when she was young and sane she was incredibly playful and mischievious.)

Hrm. He would have probably jumped and freaked out. She makes him definitely wary, though he has noticed her change in behaviour.

I've been thinking that the Doctor and Jo don't really see each other much more than is played out because she didn't see him for a while after she got there and she's trying to be more independent and show him that she can do all this stuff and not need him. And she thinks that because he has all these other people (and other companions) that he doesn't need her any more, so she mostly stays out of his way.

That sounds about right by me, all things considered. Though he would be worried about her.
