Cycle Three; Month 1; Day 27

Well, it's nice to know someone got her to the hospital level. While I don't like the idea of being left out of the loop for once, it's good to know she got some kind of help. Maybe things will calm down now that we've found that map. I hope this Captain Orion guy is telling the truth about being able to help and it's just a matter of time until we ( Read more... )

Not sure about the others, but I'm going in. We'll deal with the Captain if he does grace us with his presence. [isn't holding his breath there.]

Oh, and if you really want to lock your messages, there's a setting for that on your Sphere.

Well, you probably have the best shot of knowing what you're doing down there. It doesn't hurt to be ready in case he does.

.... there is?

[mumbles under his breath a little smugly, not realising what he's responding to.] Well, quite possibly...never know. [that expression quickly fades when he talks about the captain] Depends on what kind of "ready" we're talking about here.

Yep! Small little button with a shape like a lock on it located on the small keypad for text-based messages.

I don't really know. Anything, I guess. If he's smart at all he'd bring some of the security robots with him and who knows what else?

.... This thing has a keypad?!

I was planning on going, I can at least carry someone fast enough to bypass whatever security they have in place.

[Ammy's ears flick. She catches a bit of him muttering to himself.] I have more faith in Commander Orion than I do in Captain Ganymede. I do not think he has any reason to try and harm us.

Figured. You are a Goddess after all.

How can you trust someone you just--wait. Have you met him before?

I have. [She nods.]

At least it's not a complete stranger.

How? What happened?

I'm perfectly willing to go in and fight, if necessary.

[Catches his muttering, but doesn't reply to that until he asks the question of filtering messages.] There is a specific setting for making conversations private- it is not too difficult.

You'll have the Doctor's back, right?

What is it? For whatever reason this thing won't do what I want when I try.

Yes, I do.

[Insert hardcore, TLDR explanation of the filtering process.]

I think I only caught about three words of that. Who does she think she is: Koizumi?

Uhhhh.... thanks.

[... is it just him, or is this kid muttering to himself?]

I don't know why, but I trust that Orion guy. [pause] Well, a hell of a lot more than I trust Captain Nutjob, at any rate.

And he didn't actually say all that much, being a robot and all.

[Yes, yes he is. That's my excuse for people butting into his monologues and I'm sticking to it!]

It's hard to trust someone you've never met in person. Was Captain Orion around in the last timeloop?

Did she panic? Did she need more of those shots she keeps mentioning? Is she okay? Did you find out anything at all?

He wasn't around per se, but there was plenty of sphere communication. [shrugs] He was pretty much the only one that seemed to care about getting us off that planet.

Only that it's bad. [mutters almost to himself] She wasn't ever really clear about what was in those shots anyway.

Was Captain Ganymede even around on that planet?

Maybe she needed them for some reason? She had a lot of surgery in that place. Don't they usually need some kind of medication to keep from.... rejecting.... Has Haruhi ever told you anything about what those surgeries actually did to her?!
