Name/Nickname: Mel. Everyone calls me Mel except my teachers who call me by my full name which I refuse to tell you.

Would you like to be voted as a boy or a girl?: Either is fine. This is a personality rating after all.
Likes: anime/manga, drawing, writing, science, reading pretty much anything I can get my hands on, rain, procrastinating, history-ancient or modern, baking.
Dislikes: Going out, even shopping: I avoid it as much as I can, narrow-minded people, public speaking, 'chat speak'.
Strong points: Very loyal, I don't hold grudges, rather intelligent, very good memory when I want to use it, good listener.
Weak points: I tend to be really reserved and somewhat shy around large crowds/people I have never met before. I also have a huge problem with confrontation which leads to 'doormat syndrome' at times. Absolutely no patience when it really matters though I can hide it pretty well if I have to. Can be extremely lazy.
Hobbies & talents: As mentioned in 'likes' I draw and write. My drawing tends to be considerably better than my writing because I've neglected it for so long. RPG's, video games, collecting and watching anime/manga, ability to read books in very short periods of time, creating/analysing characters.
Favorite The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya character and why: I'd have to say Kyon just for his sarcastic, cynical and completely unreliable narration. Also for the fact that he embellishes everything with references to metaphysics and other interesting things.Itsuki would be a close second just for his extremely long-winded and completely bizarre metaphors. And the fact he tries so hard to be normal it's almost scary.
Favorite food: Probably lasagne.

Optimistic or pessimistic?: I'd like to say realistic, but I can be alternatively optimistic or pessimistic depending on the situation.

Loud or quiet? Quiet, but if I know you really well I can be rather loud.

What do you look like? (a description is fine, but a photo is better): Very pale skin, green/grey eyes. Long honey coloured hair with bangs and layers in the front. On the short to average side in terms of height.
