I have been feeling really lonely lately. This is probably the most lonliest summer I have had. I feel like I have no friends that I hang out with right now. And I am working so much and at night so I don't have much "hang out" time. Some of the friends I used to hang out with have found new people to hang out with

I understand this feeling of lonliness, I"ve been hit with it a lot lately, too. But be careful. you can't fill that void with things, with men...seek God with your whole heart. God's not in the business of only doing the things you like. There's something he's trying to teach you, something maybe as simple as him wanting you to draw closer to him and not the things of this world. And realize that this isn't about who you have to hang out with and who you don't. People can't fill that void in you. We can walk with you through the lonliness, but until you fill that hole with God, you'll never be satisfied. So, search, sweetheart, and find what it is that God is trying to do in your heart. And then let him do it.
