I'm in McMinnville, and currently staying with family, so rent is free (monetarily speaking). I'm a full-time student (that status isn't changing when I move) and a parent, so full-time employment is not an option unless I never want to see my son (no thank you). My school can't help with housing since student housing isn't intended for children. So I'm pretty much in need of ~any~ advice on a direction to turn for student-mothers in need of housing.
Finally responding....in light of things going on my internet communication went from bad to nearly nonexistant.
Anyhow, after watching the rental market, it looks like my best options $$$-wise are SE (taborish area), and NE (albertaish). There are a few cheap places downtown, but they're all apartments, and with a child, I'd rather get into a duplex or house -- but I suppose at this point I shouldn't be too picky. ;) I'll be working part time when I'm up there, so the very most I can spend will be about 800 a month (and even that's pushing it).
