it's become tradition for len and i
to spend his birthday in new york...
we drive to princeton junction, ride the train to penn station
then walk to central park...
in the park we rent a boat and i row us around the pond...

Hey Mandy, rowing around Central Park was so much fun. Thanks again for the wonderful time. And yes, we shall do this every year until you get to old to lift the oar - or I just get too tubby and I sink the boat :) :) As you know - I am a big Star Trek Fan - so I am very pleased that every year youi get to be Captain Kirk running the boat around the lake while I get to be Mr. Sulu helping you navigate around all those other boats and that big ass gondola that they have in the lake every summer. Hey - it's been four years and we haven't sunk anyone yet! By the way - think that those big giant turtles in Central Park should be the subject of Peter Jackson's next movie - you know Elijiah Wood could reprise his Frodo character where he is in search of that one turtle with a tail that will be the one thing that saves mankind.......OK I think that I am just too much into the Lord of the Rings.
