I worked for Kinko's back when I was a punk rocker. All I did was copy my zines, make stickers for the Church of Euthenasia & make sure every local show's flyers were copied on the most exclusive resume paper.
Maybe this would appeal to you...I accosted a cast member of the Real World there--one from SF (where I was) and demanded to know why he never killed Puck. I was also yelled at by management after a customer claimed I was reading their fax and laughing...I WAS...it was a fan letter to Aimee Mann (mind you this was long before Magnolia) thanking her for her blessed inspiration...
So many crazy things happened there. Kinko's is a freakhouse.
yes, it was certainly a freakshow..in albuquerque i was in love with a co-worker..we were the only ones on during a shift one night...i was giving this guy a blowjob on the ream boxes out back when a customer who had been ringing the bell fruitlessly finally walked out back looking for help.... everyone was mortified... the three of us ran to the counter and assumed our positions like nothing had happened....
