so i listened to the new dismemberment plan song "angry angel" and it really nagged in the back of my mind, how they were softening up (or so it seems to me), so i wrote them an e-mail. and they wrote back. an event noteworthy enough that i figure i should post it here:

you'd think i'd have some tact reserved for bands that have influenced me greatly, but apparently i don't.

it's good that you care enough about them to dismiss tact. their stuff must mean a lot to you if you are willing to lament its not being up to the standard of excellence you're used to.

oh and yeah, i'm a little starstruck.
i would give my left ovary to see d-plan live.
