Why don't you try and go into another profession that helps people? I understand you wanted to serve your country, but being a soldier means that you're protecting people (or supposed to be, depending on what war you're caught in).

And if you think you're "fat," being denied the military is not denying you the means to working out. Just because you're not running miles to join something doesn't mean you can't run miles to feel better about yourself.

Open a damn window, go outside instead of being inside, and stop being so down on yourself, you schmuck. :)

I'm gonna "what she said" this.

natural light and fresh air really do perk the spirit and give you better energy than any 5 hour energy ever will. it'll probably motivate you to run too.

I know I just have a hard time going running when I feel that there's less reason to. Also i usually can't go to the gym by myself. I need a spotter. Yet Ryan is always working or w/e and no one else goes to our gym.

:( I'm not depressed, I just feel like I need to get back where I was.
