WOW! I wasn't even sure I had the strength to read a deathfic that was a true deathfic... but of course I couldn't resist. I'm so glad I read it because, yes, it's so heart-wrenching but also so beautifully written, Peter's denial, grief, the pain of knowing the truth... geez, I had tears in my eyes!
Thank you so much for sharing this masterpiece ♥ It definitely helped me take my mind off the boring work-related stuff :D

But thank you so, so much for your lovely feedback - I feel…really humbled and such that you enjoyed it so much! *blushblush* But I am so glad you liked it! I am always a bit nervous writing deathfic, because I don't want to stomp on anyone's heart too much, but…yay, I am glad this one worked out. :D
Thank you so much again for your comment!!! <3

Also, I can see why you freaked yourself out learning all the plane-crash details! XD That was so vivid and terrifying to imagine. Oh, Neal.
And I loved, too, that Peter was eventually able to find some peace. I also think Mozzie would approve of staying out of the system until the end :)
Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WRITING THIS! *flails*

I think poor Peter would be one to struggle with the 'just world' hypothesis, ha. He's so used to being able to put the smackdown on injustice with his badge and his power - so it was fun (er, not in a sick way, but) to write him in a situation where he's flailing and trying to make things make sense but…they just don't, because life doesn't.
And, hahahahaha, I may never fly in a plane again. At least not an airbus. D:
But….yes. Thank you so so so much for your amazing feedback and lovely praise. As mentioned before, I suck at accepting praise, but…just know that I'm blushing furiously and loving on you.
And thank you so much for the prompt! I am so so glad you liked the outcome. :D
