Seriously, I just cracked open a bitter for Dad and I--they taste amazing. 10 days of bottle-conditioning, 9 days in primary fermentation, a week and a half in secondary fermentation, and that was it. I liked the stout, but then again I was already at rootin'-tootin' when I had it. I'd like to try your bitter recipe for my first batch when we get our stuff together.

It was really easy, but I think we could put together a better recipe for less money, but we'll see.
