Well, I bottled my Honey Brown Ale today--50.5 bottles, not so bad. My Vanilla Creme Ale, which was my first recipe completely of my own devising, is about ready to rack to secondary fermentation. It's so true. My cat (Taj) is the ruler of Tajikistan. He lurks in caves (under the couch) and sets IEDs for us to set off (we pet him too much, he gets carried away and bites). You'd think we'd just leave him alone, but he's just so cute!
