[Kurapika sees this more than a day late, towards the afternoon of the 24th, and he doesn't respond immediately, even. He never knows what to say for cases of people getting returned, when it's obvious that they're better off getting returned but are leaving a lot of sad people behind. Maybe just making his concern known might be enough, in the end?]
